Role: Lead - Digital Learning Academy (L&D).
Purpose
Support delivery of a dynamic and flexible digital learning and engagement platforms roadmap of prioritized skills and knowledge for Group-wide learners.
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
1. Optimization of organization learning process by developing automation solutions.
2. Introduction of leading products and services to improve the range of offering to employees for capability building.
3. Improved utilization of digital platforms of learning and employee experience year on year.
4. Improvement of community engagement of managers/champions/SPOCs from businesses and locations.
5. Engage Subject Matter Experts for creation of course modules based on business regulations and priorities.
Critical Tasks: KRA's and Key Activities.
1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis/Assessment/Identification process in alignment with key stakeholders (Plant heads/Learning SPOCs/HODs/HR Heads/Employees) across Group businesses and locations
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
3. Create and develop framework/roadmaps for implementation and adoption of Digital Learning tools and other engagement/employee experience platforms (Recognition, Wellness, Talent Management etc.)
4. Custom create relevant and engaging self-paced learning journeys and other initiatives targeting focus groups and various demographics across Group.
5. End-to-End management of LMS creation of course material/course modules/supplementary exercises, administration of platform and reporting
6. Coordinating and performing tech integrations of multiple LXPs and employee engagement platforms onto HRIS for ease of access and improve adoption/consumption.
7. Coordinating with vendors on program management deliverables and on delivery of course material (formats of SCORM packages and xAPI) as per LMS Structure requirement.
8. Driving use of data to derive learning priorities, channels and engagement mechanisms alongside business engagement/learning SPOCs.
9. Contributing to Org-wide learning transformation via implementation of key initiatives for the year through branding and communication campaigns.
10. Conduct TTT for SPOCs to coach and deliver high impact initiatives until last mile
11. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives through data analysis, dashboards and feedback mechanisms.

2. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies.
