Job description :

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

- Knowledge of the steel industry costing: Mining, Agglomeration, Iron Zone, Mills and power plants

- Benchmarking of costs : Across the plants and Industry Peers

- Drive Monthly / Quarterly / Annual business plan and Variance analysis v/s Actual with reasons for deviations

- Identify and drive the cost savings initiatives

- What if analysis of costs, NSR and EBITDA for decision making

- Co-ordination for Cost Accounting records for Cost Audit of different legal entities in time bound manner

- Working knowledge of SAP environment, specifically FICO module

- Taking forward the system / Digital initiatives of the Finance & Costing function and getting develop MIS & performance reports from SAP as and when required
