Role :

Business Analyst

Purpose of the role :

To work closely with Aikyam team centrally and on ground. It focuses on project management, research & analysis and strategy formulation. The incumbent will deal with both internal as well as external customers.

Educational Background and Work Experience :

1. B.E./ B.Tech with M.B.A from premium institute

2. Degree in Analytics is preferred

3. 5 years of prior Experience

4. Industry: Construction Real Estate companies preferred.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

1. Monitor the monthly business plan segment wise along with business

2. Monitor the performance and potential & strategic customers.

3. Monitor the regional business plan along with regions and identify the gaps

4. Industry & Competition data analysis along with strategy team.

5. Key Segment analysis and strategy along with the Business Development team.

6. Identify white spaces for growth of share of Business along with Business team.

7. Monitor channel performance along with marketing team.

Critical Tasks

1. Producing reports and presentations as and when required.

2. Analyze business performance & highlight performance gaps and outperformers at a Segment/Account and Product Category level.

3. Provide strategic and analytical assistance.

4. Develop a Strategic Framework to analyze the opportunities in Steel, Cement and Paints in the B2B industry.

5. Establish rapport with key people inside & outside the organization for designing strategy.

6. Develop and implement comprehensive plans focusing on growing sales.

7. Coordination with Sales team (Head Office & Regional) to ensure target achievement.

8. Maintaining the current database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.

9. Data representation through innovative methodologies.
