Position Name Business Analyst Sales & Marketing
Purpose - To work closely with Sales & Marketing team. It focuses on project management, research & analysis and strategy formulation. The incumbent will deal with both internal as well as external customers.
Position reports to : CMO
Positions peer with : Executive Assistant
Key Result Areas:
- Data Analytics for ongoing business to identify profitability opportunities along with Pricing Team
- Monitor the monthly business plan segment wise along with business
- Monitor the performance and potential & strategic customers
- Monitor the regional business plan along with regions and identify the gaps
- Industry & Competition data analysis along with strategy team.
- Sectoral analysis and strategy along with the Business Development team.
- Monitoring the outstanding / collections and credit limit along with Business Finance team.
- Identify white spaces for growth of share of Business along with Business team.
- Monitor channel performance along with marketing team
- Monitor New Projects Initiatives along with all stake holders
- NSR along with Business Finance Team
Critical Tasks :
1. Analysing strategic customer and report supporting the same.
2. Producing reports and presentations as and when required
3. Analyze business performance & highlight perform
4. Provide strategic and analytical assistance
5. Develop a Strategic Framework to analyze the opportunities in Sales & Marketing in different sectors in coordination with Business Heads & Business Development team.
6. Establish rapport with key people inside & outside the organization for designing strategy
7. Develop and implement comprehensive plans focusing on growing sales and increasing profitability
8. Coordination with Sales team (Head Office & Regional) to ensure target achievement.
9. Maintaining the current database system and looking for ways to improve current systems
10. Data representation through innovative methodologies.
Educational Background and Work Experience: Engineering and MBA with 8-10 Years of experience
