Role :

Assistant Manager Operations Learning & Development.

Educational Background and Work Experience:

- Graduate - with specialization in HR

- 5 Years Work Experience.

Purpose:

1. Single Point of contact for Learning Management System at Group Level - Creating Curriculum as per the learning plans Ensuring the correct flow of curriculum based on ILT, Virtual and E Learning Report Generation from the LMS Creating MIS to track the progress

2. Plan annual initiatives and Learning programs in discussion with the Learning Lead Execute roll out of Learning Programs by Calendarizing the Programs working with Business, Locations, Learning Consultants, Learning Spoc's and keeping the target employee cohort in mind Planning the travel and boarding arrangements

3. Responsible for efficient co-ordination of learning and development logistics and course administration

4. Providing excellent customer service and motivating staff to engage with different learning and development activities.

5. Contributing to research, development, implementation and promotion of the new learning opportunities for JSW.

6. Helping to build a strong and sustainable learning and development culture in line with JSW's Learning and Development Policy

7. Financial Management (Invoicing, Budgeting) for entire Learning & OD Team - Working with the learning lead for planning the Budget for the financial Year Working with the Finance team on updates on spent vs budget Predicting the budget based on the Learning strategy of the year - Coverage, Learning Man hours Year or year contracts renewals

8. To successfully digitalize the Learning Management System to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning processes within the organization. Implement analytics tools within the LMS to track learner progress, identify learning trends, and generate reports for stakeholders. This involves monitoring learner engagement, performance, and satisfaction levels.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

1. Administering & Digitalize the Learning and Management System (LMS)

2. Co-ordinating for learning and development logistics

3. Consultant Management

4. Financial Management for Learning and OD Team

5. Supporting research, development and implementation of the new Learning and Development opportunities for employees

Critical Tasks:

Administering the Learning Management System (LMS):

1. Being the single point of contact between Learning SPOC's and LMS implementation consultant.

2. Publishing information on available courses, coordinating booking lists and notifications

3. Educating the Learning SPOC's on administering the LMS

4. Ensuring that all data available in the LMS is accurate and up-to-date

5. Making the best use of the available admin functionalities

6. Reporting on learning and development activity

7. Financial Management for Learning and OD Team

8. To successfully digitalize the Learning Management System to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning processes within the organization.

Co-coordinating learning and development logistics:

1. Coordinating for group level Learning Calendar

2. Coordinating with Learning SPOC's for needs and dates.

3. Preparing training materials, coordinating room bookings, refreshment/lunch requirements, technology and generally assisting with on-the-day training logistics

4. Liaising with trainers, ensuring trainer's requirements are met on training days

5. Coordinating evaluation process, collating feedback reports

6. Calculating KPIs and MIS

7. Learning Feedback Reports

8. Updating information on Staff Central e.g. course outlines.

Consultant Management:

1. Contract Management

2. New Consultant Empanelment

3. Learning Effectiveness

4. Coordinating for dates and trainers

5. New Trainer certification.

Financial Management for Learning and and OD:

1. Maintaining the learning and development Budget

2. Timely processing of Consultant Invoices for entire Learning & OD Team

3. Coordinating with finance team on payments

4. Preparing the Annual Learning & Development Budget

5. Updating the team on budget by circulating budget MIS

Supporting research, development and implementation of the new Learning and Development opportunities:

1. Staying up-to-date with current learning and development trends and providing creative ideas how these could be successfully tailored and applied in the JSW's learning environment

2. Getting involved in different stages of development, implementation and coordination of the new learning and development activities.

3. Supporting the learning and development Manager by contributing ideas and solutions suitable for the annual training plan process.
