Position Title: Group Performance & Rewards Generalist
Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Reporting To: Group Head Performance & Rewards
Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office, BKC)
Job Profile:
- Performance & Rewards Generalist is expected to assist Group Head C&B and PMS in the matters related to the portfolio. Incumbent is expected to gain finesse on internal SAP, Success Factor modules and need to process data related to PMS, Compensation, Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
- Assist Performance & Rewards head during annual appraisal Process, Salary Review, CTC preparation, Org Structure management, coordination with various verticals on matters related to governance of all related processes.
Education Profile (Include years & areas of experience):
- 5-6 Years of Post MBA (HR) experience, high-end data-handling skills on Excel (formula based linkage) is must.
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefit environment and process is desirable but not essential, consulting background will be preferred but not a necessity.
- Deadline oriented data handling, Analytical Ability, Structured thought process, High degree of tenacity and persistence is required to be successful on the job.
