JSW Steel - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

1. Finalisation of Accounts (Standalone & Consolidated), ensuring timely & smooth completion of Statutory Audit adhering to applicable Accounting Principles (IndAS/IGAAP).

2. Finalisation of Tax Audit, Income-tax Returns, compiling details for Income-tax Scrutiny Assessments, compiling details relating to Income-tax Appeals etc.

3. Ensuring Statutory Compliances under Direct & Indirect Tax such as Income-tax (TDS), GST etc, under Companies Act such as filing Annual Return - AOC4 / XBRL, LODR, SEBI etc.

4. Presenting MIS to Management for Cash Flows/Fund Planning, Co-ordinating in M&A and Restructuring / Re-alignment Activities of the Group

5. Monitoring other regulatory compliances under RBI, FEMA etc.

Qualification : CA

Experience : CA with 7 to 10 years of experience in handling Accounts, Taxation (Income-tax, GST etc.)
