Details of the need:
- Marketing Analyst Manager will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance and reporting on results to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
- The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible to drive critical business decisions by designing and building exceptional, intuitive, accurate data products, especially dashboards.
- The role may also be called upon to communicate these results to stakeholders and provide suggestions based on their findings to influence business decisions around how to optimize the customer journey across marketing and digital to sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing functional teams to define reporting requirements across different channels.
- Develop and process routine reports by extracting data from key systems.
- Provide key analytical insights to the wider marketing team.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics-driven special projects.
- Provide timely and effective campaign and tactic performance analysis and insight.
- Build data models using Microsoft Power Query and Power Pivot
- Build reports in Microsoft Power BI
- Measure impact of existing and new campaigns to optimize investments and maximize returns
- Maintain the central reporting repository, ensuring the regular delivery and publishing of marketing reports and dashboards.
Background and experience:
- Demonstrable experience working with Power BI and SalesForce
- Naturally curious, with very strong attention to detail
- Ability to drive data to insights and insights to actions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently present to senior leadership teams including C-level (CMO, CEO, and MD)
- Experience in distilling data into insight and being able to present it to non-technical Colleagues.
- Experience in applying data analytics to solve business problems preferably with specific experience with marketing metrics and data.
- Ability to be self-sufficient, enquiring, inquisitive to drill deeply into data to answer questions.
- Able to integrate and utilize information from multiple sources and identify and summarize key trends and actions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel Experience in handling and analyzing large data sets.
- Ideally, some exposure to marketing channels and techniques for evaluating their effectiveness Experience working in large multi-national organizations.
