- Planning & developing a strategy to enable a company to sell a range of products that delivers sales and profit targets
- Achieve the sales plan
- Handling buyers/clients/customers from order till dispatch/shipment(Daily coordination and correspondence)
- Premium Collection development with the market trends and as per buyers/clients/customer's requirements
- Product Development samples as per buyer's requirement.
- Sampling Coordination with buyer & Sample Production
- Follow up/coordination with various internal and external departments.
- Costing of the products and developing pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits or market share while ensuring the customers are satisfied
- TNA making and ensuring the Raw material and trims to be arranged and timely hand over to the production department to make the good quality product
- Execution of orders from proto to shipment.
- Timely delivery of the shipment to the customer with assured quality as per the requirement
- Brand wise Budget VS actual profit analyzing, once season gets over
- Preparation and Analyzing the Sellers Report, Weekly / Monthly Sales, Stock & Sales Report, MIS report and any other analysis of the current trading performance
- Securing/Developing new customers placing orders
- Independently & directly communicating with buyer, their nominated agents, vendors & suppliers
- Handled orders from domestic customers
- Costing and pricing of garments (Domestic as well as Exports)
- Assist Sourcing - Fabrics, trims & others required all kinds of raw materials.
- Should have good knowledge about testing parameter
- Good Communication/ computer Skills and Pleasing Personality
- Ability to pre-empt issues & come up with solutions to prevent problems
- Must be able to lead and motivate team.
- A highly analytically approach someone who is organized with a real understanding of the importance in detail and accuracy of information
- Proven understanding of the cycles/nuances of fashion
- Passionate about your work with a - can -do- attitude.
- Self- starter who is motivated with a disciplined approach to problem solving.
