We provide financing and risk mitigation products to our Corporate and Commercial banking clients, including Supply Chain Finance, Trade Loans, and more. Job Summary:

J.P. Morgan is seeking talented candidates for a position as Trade Sales, within Trade & Working Capital, based in Delhi. As a Vice President within Trade & Working Capital, you will primarily be responsible for Senior Trade Sales Coverage to Corporate and Commercial banking clients across West India. Your role will involve developing a clear roadmap to meet financial targets and enhance client experiences. You will collaborate extensively with various teams such as Global Corporate Bankers, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Tax, Credit, Implementations, Product, and Customer Service to meet client requirements. You will lead and manage client initiatives, taking ownership of high-impact client interactions and engagements. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

This role will be based in Delhi.

Job responsibilities:

- Manage relationship on Trade Sales products with identified /key clients portfolio including prospecting and deepening client relationship.

- Develop & manage strategy to meet Business results - revenue growth and New sales targets for Trade Finance products

- Coordinate with Corporate Bankers and other LOBs with respect to developing business and cross-sell opportunities with clients.

- Ensure that business is operating in full compliance with local market standards and the Firm wide requirements

- Help roll out new products to achieve revenue growth and maximize market penetration.

- Provide input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiative.

- Identify solutions & programs for the business which will ensure J.P. Morgan Trade product /services are at par and meet client requirements.

- Communicate effectively client priorities locally & regionally within Trade Finance business

- Have intensive client focus, Identify challenges and develop solutions

- Identify potential issues and process inefficiencies and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Control framework;

- Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Global Trade partners to deliver best-in-class external materials and engagements. Represent JPMC's Global Trade capabilities at internal and external events.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Masters (MBA) from a reputed Institute or Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree

- Minimum 8 years working experience with trade products and managing clients

- In depth knowledge of Traditional Trade and Structured Trade products - Supply Chain Finance, ECA financing

- Excellent written and strong presentation skills and strong analytical and execution skills

- Experience in handling documentation negotiation

- Experience in commercial, credit process, corporate and/or transactional banking.

- Experience in working in a matrix structure and with cross-border teams

- Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels

- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently to deliver in a timely and accurate manner; strong attention to detail

- Proven track record of results-oriented performance; building and influencing strategic relationships; ability to lead and influence others

- Capable of working with minimal supervision
