- Fifteen plus (15+) experience in Contact Center Technology domain.
- Should Have Designed and deployed Solution with extensive use of ORS Clustering.
- Should Have Designed and deployed SIP CLustering for very large contact center environment.
- Should be an expert in developing high complexity SCXML flows using Composer.
- Should be an Expert in creating templates and rules in GRDT and GRAT tools Should be able to integrate with third-party applications using Genesys Java SDK or APIs.
- Should have hands on experience in integrating Genesys Solution with Sonus SBC and should be able to provide suggestions with integrations.
- Should be very familiar with troubleshooting QOS issues in the SIP environment.
- Experience working in Kanban/Scrum teams and using JIRA (Preferred)
- Familiarity with various Genesys Simulators from a Performance Testing perspective.
- Good understanding of data networking knowledge as well as VOIP technology
- Experience working on Genesys Administrator, GAX, Pulse and the ability to create, modify, and maintain templates (preferred)
- Familiar with Test-driven development.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to decipher technical requirements from business requirements and convert into design.
- Experience in documenting clearly and concisely designs, call flows, run books, playbooks, estimates for work
- Experience in infrastructure automation using one of IaaC, Containers, Scripting or Cloud (preferred)
- Experience in deploying Genesys solutions into Dockers and Containers would be good to have
