Job Description :

- As Engineering Lead of a Scrum Team, you will be responsible for Strategic Communication, Performance Development, Tem Building, Team Empowerment, creating Inclusive environment, providing coaching to Team and career Development.

- You will be responsible for leading modernization / transformation activities for legacy components of your products.

You will be responsible for :

- Working with Product Owners, Application Product Owners within and outside your Product.

- Application Change Management - Decision making and approval of all changes, assess risk/benefit, and coordinate with Chase business teams communication and timing.

- Perform code commits, hands on triage and break fix (level 3 support), adhoc reporting, code walk-thrus, and core processing internal wellness checks.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including :

- BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience

- Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Micro services, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and other web technologies etc.

- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

- Experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring Cloud

- Experience in Unix Shell Scripts, API Gateways, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, NoSQL
