Job Summary:

As a Consumer Banking Anti-Money Laundering Know Your Customer India Lead within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of transforming AML/KYC data and analytics. Your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders and developing scalable data analytics and self-service visualization solutions. You will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to influence team members and stakeholders to promote organizational change.

Job Responsibilities:

- Navigate the organization effectively, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills to engage with everyone from analysts to senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong technical expertise by developing and deploying automation, data transformation, and data visualization solutions.

- Evaluate the current state and proactively develop transformation proposals and frameworks for the future state. Align with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to realize the vision.

- Maintain awareness and proficiency in tools like Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, and Python, while honing storytelling skills.

- Pay keen attention to detail and exhibit strong project management and documentation skills.

- Apply a product management mindset to deliver solutions as part of transformation efforts, defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and planning for future iterations.

- Exhibit strong data architecture and data management skills, collaborating with data engineering teams to build reusable datasets for Branch Monitoring.

- Develop high-performing teams through effective hiring practices and performance management.

- Over 12 years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver effective data analytics solutions that ensure their success.
