The team seeks to hire a high caliber Project Manager to manage global regulatory and change management programs and projects. - The role will partner closely with the global head of ESG Regulatory Change Management, focusing on the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance Regulatory agenda. - The role will support the program management required to complete requirements, to help identify, advise and implement processes to ensure compliance with ESG-driven regulatory changes impacting the Wealth Management platform and products. - You will perform detailed analyses and define feasibility plans, coordinate delivery of results across different teams and departments, manage and report progress through project plans and other reporting tools, and drive the implementation of business solutions and change management initiatives. - The size and duration of each project will vary but the objectives will focus on similar key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development. - The Wealth Management Portfolio Solutions and Research Support team supports the Solutions business across all global client channels, including the US Private Bank, International Private Bank, and US Wealth Management. - The role requires the ability to deal with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with all levels of the organization. The qualified candidate will drive strategic implementation and program governance. Responsibilities: Assist with all aspects of program/project management to deliver sustainable investing regulatory compliance across the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management platform. They will support: - All activities of the program lifecycle - Partnering with colleagues that are engaged with sustainable investing regulations across the firm, in product development, marketing, operations, technology and control functions - Client experience and managing the risk of the organization - Financial planning, capacity planning, strategy, structure, budget, metrics and resource allocation for the program teams - Strategic and tactical improvements to operating model, process, staffing and technology enhancement related to the program - Regulatory requirements, external and internal audits - Senior business and senior Operations leadership communications Experience: - Relevant prior experience managing global, large scale projects or business initiatives across lines of businesses with experience facing all functions, regions and senior stakeholders within the organization - Innovation and change management to drive efficiencies and scale in a controlled manner - Support risk and control agenda - Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and fostering an open working environment. - Analytical and problem solving skills; - Ability to identify trends and improve processes for both the customer and the business. - Ability to define business requirements for technology solutions and interface with technology partners - Understanding of regulatory/legal landscape related to the investment product process; - Ability to work with audit, compliance and regulatory constituencies to manage work in accordance with established procedures and relevant regulations and laws; - Demonstrated accountability for work processes and the associated risks and controls; - Demonstrated ability to raise issues to relevant stakeholders or management with respect to the control environment.
