Job responsibilities: - Create plans for the development and delivery of data to support strategic business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, metrics and reporting - Develop relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers - Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions and ensure understanding of the data and it's use - Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area - Lead requirements gathering sessions with varying levels of leadership, complete detailed project planning utilizing JIRA to record planned project execution steps - Manage / develop data visualization solutions utilizing Tableau & QLIK that provides intuitive insights to our key stakeholders - Manage / develop data wrangling workflows utilizing Alteryx to provide data requirements into the required format for the data visualization software - Understand end to end business needs and build real time data solutions - Conduct thorough control testing of each component of the solution providing evidence that all data and visualization are providing accurate insights and evidence in the control process/ validate with stakeholders - Identify the scope of critical data within their product, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented, and classified accordingly with metadata - Lead conceptual technical discussion with data engineering partner - Become a subject matter expert in these responsibilities and support team members in becoming more proficient themselves Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 10-12+ years of overall experience working in analytics / business intelligence teams and 5+ years' experience of managing teams - Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data - Experience in use of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence - Minimum 5 years' experience developing advanced data visualization and presentations preferably with Tableau, Qlik - Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions - Experience with business intelligence analytic and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python - Experience in designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
