Position Overview: In this role you will have opportunities to identify and execute high impact changes both deep in product areas as well as more broadly across the organization, including culture, team effectiveness, change management, product, organizational design and technical excellence. This is a real opportunity to experiment and be innovative in your approach and execution - the team are very much expected to bring new ways of working to the organization which, includes collaborating with product owners to support delivery routines such as business reviews, risk escalations, accomplishments reporting, cross technology initiative reviews and other routines as relevant. You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

To be successful you should have research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. You should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities to Include:

- Supporting the development & execution of long-term organizational strategy in line with the global strategy.

- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., creating end-to-end visibility into how the organization executes their operations today and identifying systemic issues impacting business performance

- Establishing a process discipline which forms the foundation for proactive transformation through process strategy, segmentation, management, and governance

- Taking institutional knowledge and complementing with industry best practice/experience to lead changes in the organization.

- Working dynamically across many globally diverse virtual teams to deliver strategic initiatives

- Influencing at all levels, but particularly with senior management to focus the organization's resources and expertise on strategic initiatives to further GTI's capability

- Managing your own portfolio of work, and being able to determine your own book of work

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree is preferred.

- 12+ year experience within Strategy, Project Execution, Program Management, Management Consulting roles with prior experience in Development /Product organizations. The successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical and business management skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and presentation skills, articulating a strategy through effective presentations

- Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint)

- Flexibility and willingness to engage across diverse functions, locations and teams and ability to establish and build relationships and strong partnerships

- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with ability to influence people
