The HR Business Partner role, sits within the Global People Support HR Business Partner organization. The HR Business Partner's responsibility is to work with managers at varying levels of the organization to execute strategic priorities (set by senior leaders). The HRBP will provide support to HRBAs and managers on core HR activities. They help managers engage with others in GPS and with specialists to bring resolution to their HR-related matters. This position will report to the GPS HRBP Lead across India. The incumbent will lead a team of individuals across Mumbai & Bangalore. Responsibilities will include: - Act as relationship manager for a number of managers to support the implementation of people agenda initiatives and efforts for a business area. - Provide day-to-day advice on human capital matters - Performance and talent development cycle - Facilitate feedback processes and other employee input initiatives, e.g. action plans based on EOS etc. - Provide project management support for HR-related initiatives being implemented within LOBs - Support or participate in individualized development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders - Year - end compensation process - Support HRBAs in cross-LOB and large scale initiatives - Be a champion of HR process change. Analyse processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement - Ensure appropriate controls are in place and managed effectively for all critical HR processes - Lead and/or actively participate in HR projects, aligned to key identified HR priorities Skills and Experiences - Strong people manager, preferably in the HRBP space, focused on resource optimization - Able to operate in a highly matrixed environment and at all levels of the organization from HR execs to jr HRBPs - Strong relationship management skills and ability to navigate across the function and the firm (local & global) - Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate trends leveraging analytics and reporting - Strong judgement skills - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-based culture and leverage matrixed organization to problem solve, design and execute people priorities - Able to partner with colleagues to influence broader HR strategies and practices for the benefit of the organization - 12+ years of minimum experience as a HRBP
