- This position reports to the Head Operations & Client Service - Direct Custody & Clearing (DCC), India and is responsible for leading and managing the operations of the Direct Custody team.
- The candidate will be responsible for flawless service delivery
- Participating & driving market advocacy, maintaining highest levels of client experience, clean audits and inspections, ensuring business is operating in full compliance with local market standards and the Firm wide requirements.
- Delivery on cost saves and productivity targets are key components of the goals.
