Vice President - Customer Service Manager (APAC)

- Base Compute (BC) is the product area that is the foundation for the firm's technology platforms providing secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective compute-related products and services across multi-cloud for enterprise-wide consumption and encompasses a number of individual products.
- As a Customer Service Manager representing GTI's Base Compute in this Business to Business role you will work closely with the APAC Line of Business IT infrastructure teams to ensure their experience of provisioning Base Compute IT products is a positive one.
- You will need to generate a trusting relationship with your customers as you partner with SRE/build engineers and supply chain planners to ensure delivery expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Line of Business IT Infrastructure teams' primary point of contact for provisioning Base Compute products in this Business to Business function.
- Management of any customer server provisioning issues and escalations be they server build or supply in nature
- Management of the server Expedited Build Requests on behalf of customers
- Managing any customer bespoke build requests
- Having a good overview of all Base Compute products and the knowledge of where to signpost customers for information
- Regular reporting and updates to stakeholders and management
- Partnership with Base Compute Customer Success Team to ensure customer sentiment is appropriately articulated and represented on the Customer Health Dashboard
Qualifications & skills :
- A background in technology is essential and an understanding of GTI's IT infrastructure technologies would be useful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity in this role
- Having high EQ, a conscientious mindset and positive attitude are highly desirable
- Being well organised and having a methodical approach to your work is also highly desirable
- Candidates should have good judgement, common sense and should be considered 'personable'
- MS Office skills in Excel and Powerpoint
