Job Summary:

The Client Reporting (CR) teams are comprised of highly dedicated and client experience focused individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the client reporting and data maintenance for Private Banking, Chase Wealth Management & JPMorgan Securities LLC accounts. The teams in Client Reporting are comprised of Statements (Quality & Corrections), Factsheet Oversight, Checkbook and Audit Confirmations. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to, the Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Client Services and Fiduciary in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries and/or issues.

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing a team size of minimum 5-7

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.

- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.

- Work Allocation and monitoring.

- Escalation management

- Active involvement in and contribution to Global Projects / Local Initiatives.

- Assist and ensure a competitive and transparent work culture.

- Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.

- Manage and lead discussions on exceptional cases.

- Manage stakeholders and run managerial checks

- Identify the underlying risk and provide solutions/controls to mitigate

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Post Graduate / Graduate

- 8-12 years of relevant work experience

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Escalate potential issues or concerns to management team

- Highly motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills: can build effective business relationships with cross functional/geographical teams and coordinate with teams to action items.

- Adaptability: effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.

- Aid in the development and management of an innovation driven work environment

- Commitment to quality and control

- Ability to think creatively and recommend/implement process improvements

- Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time

- Strong background in use of computer systems

- Knowledge of Private Bank products/services preferred

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, preferably Excel & Access Database
