CB F&BM_P&A_Expense Analysis_VP

Key Activities :
- Assist Expense Analytics Executive Director to build out appropriately skilled team to support data analytics
- Partner with the CB lines of business and key partners to develop and drive appropriate KPIs
- Provide clear analysis to interpret financial performance to inform business drivers
- Provide strong leadership and partnership skills across the F&BM organization and with the business
- Provide comprehensive management of expense data across CB
- Responsible for building and setting up governance for a fully integrated, expense and investment framework
- Manage P&A responsibilities associated with tracking and evaluating expenses across CB
- Partner with the LOB P&A and Finance teams, provide accurate expense data needed for senior presentations to investor conferences, monthly and quarterly reporting, and other required ad-hoc analyses.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years Finance and/or Strategy experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors
- Alteryx and Tableau experience for dashboard and visualization creation
- Experience with Essbase and Big Data technologies
- Experience working in / with Fortune 100 Financial Services companies required
- Strong exposure to Agile and / or Digital transformations in Financial Services a plus
- Self-motivated individual with ability to manage tight deadlines and ever-changing priorities
- Ability to interact with, build relationships with and influence cross-functional partners at all levels
- Comfort interacting (verbally and in writing) and presenting to all levels of management
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and thinking outside of the box
