CAS Party Reference Data (PRD) is a global operations team with a presence in US, UK, India, and Poland. The Change Management VP is responsible for leading projects and processes for Regulatory, Compliance, Strategic and Business Change initiatives. The Change Management VP will work closely with the CAS PRD leadership team and their directs to facilitate information sharing, operational readiness and ongoing BAU effectiveness.
Specific Responsibilities include :
- Analyze, design and implement operating model changes
- Identify operational synergies with Client Onboarding, KYC and other business stakeholders to eliminate redundant and/or manual processes
- Ensure Pre-Implementation PRD Operational Readiness, includes and not limited to:
- User Acceptance Testing
- Deliver procedures
- Training
- Metrics
- Controls
- Quality Assurance
- Entitlements
- Lead op model discussions with business stakeholders and project teams
- Partner with Reference Data Strategy and Product leads on new op model reviews, data ownership and defining operating model requirements
- Partner with Global PRD Process Leads on current state assessment, defining solutions and operating model for Party Create Maintenance, Proactive Data Maintenance, Cross-Referencing, Data Quality and Data Readiness
- Local stakeholder management and primary point of contact
- Coaching and developing Business Analysts & Associates
Experience Required :
- 10+ years of experience in project management, data management, process management, business process reengineering or related field
- Reference data operations experience
- Process modelling experience in defining new or changes to business and operations processes, using tools like Signavio
- Working knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Pega will be an added advantage

- Regulatory mandates such as MIFID, NCMR, EMIR, FDIC, CAT
