Person will be responsible for CFTC Material Terms and Inter-entity Portfolio Reconciliation & exceptions management, cross LOBs metrics and projects and building the culture of Continuous Improvement supporting business across DCO, Middle offices as well as Global teams. Continuous partnership with different operations teams within the organization to (re)design the reconciliation process if required.
The individual will individually perform & lead small team, for which the key roles and responsibilities are:
- Port Rec investigation of MTM Breaks
- Resolution of MTM Breaks including Data Quality, Bad Match etc
- Continuous Focus on deep dive and fixing on upstream issues to keep the breaks to minimum.
- Routing of Breaks to Middle Offices, Valuation Control Group etc
- Contribution to regulatory reporting in coordination with the global projects team and DCO MIS team for compliance with Dodd Frank, EMIR, and other regulations
- Improving controls in the process & ensure 100% accuracy and compliance to Regulatory rules
- Manage any new analysis requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Regular update to senior management on regulatory reporting changes, compliance, projects updated and issues.
- Stakeholder Management - Daily in terms of exception management, performance, feedback etc.
- Exception Management of Material Economic Terms Reconciliation
- Continuous Focus on deep dive and fixing on upstream issues to keep the breaks to minimum.
- Routing of Breaks to Middle Offices/Confirmations teams etc.
- Testing of Reconciliations on Tri optima
- Key role in regulatory reporting in coordination with the global projects team and DCO MIS team for compliance with Dodd Frank, EMIR, and other regulations
