Client Reporting Trade Lifecycle Analyst
Description: The Client Reporting (CR) teams are comprised of highly dedicated and client experience focused individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the client reporting and data maintenance for Private Banking, Chase Wealth Management & JPMorgan Securities LLC accounts. The teams in Client Reporting are comprised of: Statements (Quality & Corrections), Factsheet Oversight, Checkbook and Audit Confirmations. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to, the Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Client Services and Fiduciary in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries and/or issues.
Job Summary:
The WM Client Reporting Analyst is responsible for QC analysis, coordination and production of fact sheets, supporting the Global Product and Solutions business. Fact sheets are documents that present fund/composite strategy specific data points for both existing and prospective Private Bank clients who are currently invested(ing) in the funds/strategies. The Client Reporting Analyst will partner with external production vendors as well as internal stakeholders, such as Investor Relations, Front/Middle Office and other data providers, to facilitate the production and distribution of the fact sheet documents.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Coordinate with third party vendors for production of monthly and quarterly performance reports, as well as facilitate distribution of reports to clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to investigate and resolve issues that may occur throughout BAU production of fact sheets
- Perform regular control reviews to ensure compliance with auditing, risk and regulatory requirements and standards
- Assist with additional Client Reporting tasks including: Testing, Quality and Control checks, RCSAs ad hoc request, etc.
- Prepare, review and revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed and recommend improvements to remediate risks and enhance controls
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure a positive client experience
- Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
- Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
- Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
- Taking process trainings for new joiners.
