Loan Servicing - Team Leader

Description: We are looking to hire a Loan Servicing Team leader who would be responsible for managing workflow, stakeholder management and continuous improvement

Job Summary:

As a Loan Servicing - Team Leader within our financial institution, you will be responsible for assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, analyzing business processes, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and fostering a positive team culture. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and implement team strategies, and contribute to the organization's initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

- You must manage Workflow

- Should have great interaction with Stakeholder

- Business Presentation

- You must handle Escalation and projects

- Report MIS/ KPI and improve continuously

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of work experience in Banking/ Mortgage/ Loan Operations

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment

- Exposure in effectively utilizing teams capacity

- Proven track record in process enhancements and eliminating non value adds in day to day operations

- Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders

- Work with the team to achieve SLAs for the process and individual targets

- Handle end to end deliverables of the team
