- Understanding the trade flow to review fails management risk and fails cost implications

- Investigate the validity of the Claim rate and amount calculation

- Demonstrate ability to investigate and resolve aged trade exceptions and partner with Clients/ Sales/ Trading to effectively resolve.

- Live Client/Trader/Sales interaction through call / hotline and mails.

- Ability to effective engage with front office to ensure smooth Client trade claim processing

- Identify and partner with MO teams to resolve aged Client Claims

- Interact with client custodians / back office / middle office to identify issues, challenges, disputes and take appropriate and corrective action to ensure accurate trade claim investigations

- Demonstrate strong efficiency focus to reduce manual processing and improve STP

- Strong articulation and management of Client queries

- Ensure strong TAT to review and address Client/ Sales/ Trading inquires on the trade Claim

- Participate and Contribute in tech projects including UAT's and new idea generation

- Effectively execute internal reports to Sr. management
