Asia Client Services / Sales Support Middle office - Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Fixed Income cash trade flow covering end to end of Sales support /Client services functions.
- Proven experience in managing Client blocks and Trade allocations (CTM/ Electronic), Proven experience in use of industry platforms such as CTM, Alert, etc . Key Asia and european market settlement knowledge to ensure accurate trade capture, affirmation and SSI setup and settlement
- Demonstrate Trade settlement expertise through resolution of breaks, including unmatched trades, matched/ short trades.
- Resolution of Client Trade settlement issues: partner with various settlement teams and ensure timely settlement. Interact with client custodians / back office / middle office to identify issues, challenges, disputes and take appropriate and corrective action to ensure timely settlement
- Ability to effective engage with front office Traders/Sales to ensure smooth Counterparty Client/ counterparty trade life cycle processing
- Analyze Trade trends on STP breaks, root cause analysis of exceptions, and highlight opportunities to improve Trade STP. Drive the resolution by working with Ops leads and partnering with Technology to enhance the STP.
- Process various Trade reconciliations to identify and resolve breaks and exceptions by engaging with Front office, Tech, and onshore partners.

- Strong ability to multi task in a dynamic work environment despite stringent timelines
- Demonstrate ability to resolve items proactively and quickly through effective engagement with operations and tech.
