Responsibilities: - Review and interpret complex data to analyze patterns and trends in the data sets - Hands-on experience on data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau - Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver as per expectation leveraging data analytic tools like Alteryx, Tableau, IDQ, Signavio, Visio, etc. - Leveraging tools like Alteryx and Tableau to automate activities leading to efficiency and better controls - Ensure any data sync /translation logic rule exceptions are reported and tracked (via IDQ) - Successful candidate should have strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and adaptable to change - Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/time sensitive environment to support a team - Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough comprehension of the business to understand risk implications - Fully document all the process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm's standards - Perform sample review of processed volumes to ensure qualitative deliverables and identify process gaps, if any - Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects - Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement - Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations - In conjunction with manager and consistent with overall department objectives, establish and execute on annual development goals - Participate in special projects, quality improvement initiatives and other similar exercises as per requirement Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and/or Graduate Degree - 5 to 8 years experience in Banking or related position - Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus - Working knowledge of JIRA, SQL and data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau - Alteryx Core certified professional with experience in delivering projects - Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision - Ability to document with attention to detail and troubleshoot errors - Adept to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment - Results oriented team player - Strong problem-solving ability - Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations - Adherence to controls and standards - Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills - Excellent communication and presentations skills - Intermediate/Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint - Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes - Familiarity with the firm's internal systems and processes or similar processes at other institutions - Must be flexible to work in any shift including overtime, holidays, and weekend release testing as required JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
