We are seeking for Product Associate, PICM team you will be focused on understanding, analyzing, building the data and report needs for WLS. You will work closely with Operations to understand their reporting needs and build reports and Dashboards.

Job Summary:

As a Product Associate, PICM team you will be focused on understanding, analyzing, building the data and report needs for WLS. You will work closely with Operations to understand their reporting needs and build reports and Dashboards. You will be required to provide your expertise in SQL querying with emphasis on report's performance optimization and customization, Tableau design, development, implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

- The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Lead BI Developer will be focused on data simplification across WLS. He will be focused on understanding, Analyzing, Building the data and Report needs for WLS.

- Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization from various data sources.

- Business reengineering, large data handling, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with ability to explain the process of data analysis and its outcome.

- Examine data, processes and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical problems for both internal business function and external client projects.

- Research and make recommendations to improve data use and create automated data reports to inform business units including documentation and toolkits.

- Work closely with the Operations WLS to understand their reporting needs and build/re-build Reports and Dashboards both real-time and end of day KPIs

- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards along with testing, publishing of dashboards and reports with appropriate scheduling refresh. Solving for any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources.

- Communicating the results independently via oral (conference calls) / written communication methods (emails/PPTs) to various internal stakeholders to be an integral part of the role

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

- Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of Strong financial experience in commercial banking domain

- Working knowledge in Oracle DB, SQL Server & AWS with exposure to Big data technology like HIVE, Cloudera

- Expertise in Alteryx and python

- Experience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau (preferred), Qlik Sense) and data processing frameworks (like Hadoop and Toad)

- Have knowledge of data governance related regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues. Also preferable is an understanding of project management techniques and business analysis, Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills

- Fundamental knowledge of Data warehouses and reporting technologies on data warehouses, concepts of OLAP reporting and knowledge of dimensional relational and non-relational data models
