- As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platforms products.
- You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.
Job responsibilities :
- Represents a product family of technical governance bodies
- Provides feedback and proposes improvements to architecture governance practices
- Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks
- Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
- Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
- Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
- Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
- Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology related field or equivalent experience ad 5 years applied experience
- Good understanding of industry frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS etc.
- Demonstrable development/scripting/automation experience in at least one of Java, Python, Go, PowerShell
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities
- A strong foundation in and an in-depth technical knowledge of infrastructure, platform security and network protocols
- Solid experience in managing endpoint security in enterprise environments (Managing Anti-Virus, EDR, Creating and reviewing hardening baselines for Windows & Red Hat Linux servers, configuration drift management)
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing agile global teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish goals and willingness to learn and drive to excel is a must
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Prior experience in Threat Modeling is preferred
- Experience with usage of SIEM tools is beneficial
- Knowledge in public cloud environments such as AWS and any relevant certifications is an added advantage
- Offensive Security skills such as Penetration Testing and/or Security certifications from reputed bodies would be an added advantage
