- As the Project Management Lead in our Bank Controller team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job Responsibilities :

- Play a leading role in the IAG control and process improvement agendas

- Supporting organization, planning and execution of IAG involvement in internal, strategic, and firm-wide projects. The project Focus includes monitoring and supporting the IAG team "book of work", ensuring that activity led by the Group is focused, with clear objectives and that project and risk management discipline is maintained and delivery monitored and supported.

- Support IAG management in ensuring that ad-hoc and ongoing projects activity led by the Group is focused; and to support IAG managers in execution of the Group's deliverables for senior management

- Supporting Legal entity governance around JPMC & Co (standalone - parent company), JPMorgan Chase Holdings LLC (Intermediate Holding Company), and JPMorgan International Finance (Edge Act Company) through Forum Agenda organization and development; enhancing the presentations to management on the issues and risks facing the entities in their operations, management, and transactions.

- Coordinate with the offshore reporting team to facilitate the production and management of weekly, monthly and quarterly policy and transaction related reporting processes, and the review of the related reports for and with management.

- Supporting IAG involvement in, and contributions to, Corporate and Regional R&R activity.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

- Educated to degree level, evidence of further professional education, and five or more years work experience.

- Delivery of Results, a demonstrated ability to rapidly and completely drill down on issues and close them out. Enabled by an ability to devise lasting solutions to the root cause of problems, thoughtful initiative, and attention to detail.

- Interest in the review of complex deal structures, with a willingness to explore the broader policy, reputation, precedent or cross business perspectives of issues to consider and develop a strategic perspective

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Intelligent Solutions experience a plus.
