Digital Product Management Sr. Associate - Commercial Real Estate Digital Product.
Commercial Banking is a core business unit focused on Commercial Lending within the JP Morgan Chase group. This group is seeking a talented individual for the position of Sr. Associate for our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group for Digital Banking.
We are seeking a highly effective and efficient Digital Product Management Sr. Associate to support the Digital Product Manager lead in multiple facets. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for executing on product development, requirements and alignment with overall roadmap for digital banking within the CRE.
The Sr. Associate's role is to support the above including:
Core Responsibilities:
- Support Product leads in end-to-end product development/innovation related to Commercial Real Estate Digital Product
- Collect, capture and manage user needs through story writing to support development and deployment.
- Facilitate gathering of business requirements to support product team and product owners in agile method, defining and managing backlog, and ensuring user's perspective is included.
- Serve as product liaison working with the Digital Product Manager to determine operational objectives and business needs, supporting scrum team meetings and ensure that delivery aligns with overall product vision
- Agile management of product requirements, stories and rapid prototyping as needed
- Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) with relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in
- Partner with product lead to execute against strategy and product/pilot roadmap, commercial real estate vision execution and related defined new products
- Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong relationship building across the organization
- Prepare and produce project content, reporting and tracking documentation to evaluate progress, conducting UAT and other testing as needed
- Passion for building something new, working across boundaries to drive change and helping others succeed
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science or in a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability in writing concise user stories (not use cases), accurate user acceptance criteria to be used by developers and product owners to ensure product is delivered to spec
- Expertise in product development / product management /content management
- Results-orientation - takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and accurately
- Demonstrated drive to achieve results, and meet deadlines and deliverables
- Fast learner able to operate in an ambiguous environment
- Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement mindset
- Enthusiasm for business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value; Strong work ethic
- Thrives in fast-paced environment able to manage and execute across competing deliverables
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma
- Experience of 7-12 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Commercial Banking, Real Estate
- Previous product management/product owner
