The CAO Chief Data and Analytics Office (CAO CDO) team is responsible for the overall data strategy and governance across the firms CAO functions, This function supports Global Site Services and Supplier Services, Global Security &amp; Investigations, Global Real Estate, Amenities Services, Global Business &amp; Document Services and CAO Strategic Initiatives. Our team's mission is to help our organization manage our data assets and associated data risks, and find the best solutions to surface insights from our data, in an effort to drive new business insights, enhance analytics, and streamline reporting. In doing so, we look for improvements ranging from establishing quality data repositories to designing cutting edge analytic insights utilizing the latest data visualization and machine learning tools. Key Responsibilities- - Partner with senior stakeholders and CAO CDO leadership team to support the delivery of the following data capabilities to support our book of work related to firmwide and CAO driven data management initiatives - Data Quality - Facilitate resolution and oversight of the book of data quality issues and data sourcing gaps; ensure issues are clearly understood for prioritization and resolution and support roll-out of Data Owner strategy - Delivery of individual or a portfolio of data quality and analytics projects including, directing activities, monitoring details, setting priorities and managing issues and risks, escalation where appropriate - Data Quality Controls - Supporting Control Managers, Application Owners and Data Owners to ensure data integrity by identifying and documenting Data Controls and gaps, and overseeing implementation of business and technical data quality controls within CAO stores - Data Requirements - Drive provisioning of fit-for-purpose data by working with key stakeholders to enhance data consistency through definition of business terms and concepts; maintain alignment between business terms, data classification and data requirements documentation/metadata - Support CAO CDO and Data Governance Lead team in preparing for CAO committees and forums to communicate status of work, drive framing and rollout of Data Governance strategy, and advise on overall data health Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant industry knowledge - Worked in a Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management role in the past preferred - 3 - 5 years data acumen experience in data governance, process analysis/mapping, process improvement, business analysis, data analysis - Experience coordinating projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents - Strong organizational skills - Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills, including business process and root cause analysis, solution identification - Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - with ability to influence - Ability to work independently - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to communicate business and technical concepts to both expert and novice audiences, and to all levels of the organization - Ability to run meetings across diverse functions, locations and businesses - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, SharePoint - Experience in data management tools (Collibra Databook, Atlassian JIRA) or reporting tools (Qlikview, Tableau) a plus - Team player and collaborative mindset - High Emotional Intelligence - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
