Description: Join our Consumer & Community Banking Fraud & Customer Protection Services Operations organization, a dynamic team that operates across domestic and international locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our Fraud Prevention and Claims & Dispute Call Centers and Back-office functions, where you can make a significant impact while growing your career.

As an Analytics Solution Sr Associate, you will be part of the Fraud Prevention team, which serves to safeguard customers and provide best in class customer experience, it requires you leveraging data analytics and reporting expertise to help business drive efficiency and decision quality. You will transform large datasets into meaningful insights to help leaders make informed decisions. You will be working closely with leaders across Fraud Operations, Risk, Product and Controls to support and implement data & reporting solutions to help improve our capabilities. Ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of data analytics and modelling, and ability to convert data into insights to help interpret key findings and drive initiatives that will support business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for the Strategic Insights group and teams across Chase Customers using data visualization skills

- Interpret and analyze the insights from Tableau-based dashboards & interactive analytic suites to identify and present actionable opportunities and monitor the comparative effectiveness of various initiatives across teams

- Package and present data and insights in an executive and visualized format

- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide them with meaningful data points to help make key business decisions, effectively explain the events and tell succinct data stories

- Build and manage various data reporting including key operations and performance metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or quantitative fields (e.g., Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Statistics). Master's degree preferred

- 6+ years of experience in core analytics & reporting

- Strong Tableau and Tableau Server knowledge and skills; other visualization designing tools such as Illustrator or equivalent is a plus

- Must have working advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL. Experience in other analytical tools is a plus including R, Python, Alteryx

- Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performances into insights and recommendations, and package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new project initiatives or changing business requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- In addition to above, a preferred candidate will have proven story-telling skills and tell succinct data stories through dashboards and powerpoint slides to leadership and non-technical audience
