Description : Senior Associate, Advanced Analytics

Responsibilities of this role will include :

- Hands-on development and management of analytic solutions (including ML and AI) that include exploratory data analysis, segmentation, targeting, experimental design and attribution

- Using campaign results and stakeholder subject matter expertise to help inform future strategic approaches that support a system of continuous improvement

- Delivering analytical insights to marketers and other key stakeholders to better inform our understanding of customers, customer journeys, products and the industry-at-large

- Developing measurement analytics to better derive relative incremental impact and attribution to sales and revenue

- Working with technology teams to implement solutions, define data strategy and build data models, including data lineage and governance exercises

Skills Required and Qualifications :

We are looking for a creative, high-energy individual that will drive measurable results. This person will help create, coordinate and execute on our strategic priorities across marketing, analytics, and technology.

Our ideal candidate would have :

- Deep experience developing, managing and executing complex analytic projects

- Coding expertise (Python, Pyspark and SQL)

- Comfortable working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data

- Strong analytical skills in the areas of exploration, modeling and measurement

- An established history of (and excitement for) driving measurable incremental value

- Familiarity and comfort with marketing concepts, channels, processes, and initiatives

- Understanding of Agile principles

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Other Skills and Requirements :

- At least 3+ years of experience in roles within digital and traditional marketing analytics, financial services preferred

- BA / BS degree in business, marketing, analytics, data science or related fields

- 3+ years coding in Python and SQL

- Strong project and time management skills

- Strong relationship/interpersonal skills

- Ability to flex, adapting to shifting priorities, requirements and timelines

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
