- Overall 7+ years experience in the IT industry with 3+ years experience as Scrum master - Should have capabilities of managing multiple scrums and conduct sprint/scrum ceremonies - Should be very proficient in Agile concepts - Should be proficient in guiding the team towards agile implementation pertaining to industry standards - Should have very strong in communication skills. And also release management experience - Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment - Good to have project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results - Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive and reach agreement with partners - Ability to effectively communicate across all levels - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO - Proficiency with jira & confluence - Assists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features. - Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features. - Partners with technology teams and product owners along with testers for successful delivery technical delivery. - Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal. - Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
