As a Transformation Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for leading the transformation initiatives and projects for the Treasury Operations team. Your role encompasses thorough understanding of the process flow, system design, identifying the gaps, building requirements , design the solution by collaborating with various stakeholders, testing and implementation of the solution.

Our Treasury Operations team is responsible for settlement of Cash and Card Nostros and operations that are carried out on a daily basis in line with JPMC and line of business policies and procedures. Individual members of the team are required to have a firm understanding of the products and information flows of the various systems, the reconciliation tools and auditing standards.


They should be analytical and have strong communication skills to coordinate the resolution of the transaction posting errors, breaks and reconciling items across various teams in the firm. The team must coordinate and collaborate extensively with finance, product owners, JPMC Ops teams and technology functions to fulfil their responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

- Lead/Drive Transformation Projects for Treasury Ops.

- Build/Enhance Reconciliations Platform for Treasury Ops. Work on building new processes as diverse products are added on an on-going basis.

- Project Management - including Roadmap, Planning, Review , testing and Implementation with robust project plan , utilizing the project management methodologies.,

- Stakeholder Management -Work closely with various project stakeholders like Product teams, Process Engineers, Reporting and Integration , Technology, Risk and Control to define business requirements , planning and Implementation.

- Strategic Planning- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the reconciliation team, aligning with broader organizational goals.

- Automation - Identify Automation opportunities , develop solution using various Automation and strategic tools

- Discrepancy Analysis- Analyse and resolve discrepancies in financial records, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

- Resolution - Provide solutions and action plans for resolutions of open items.

- Prioritization of requirements and initiatives

- Management Reporting - Develop Management Reports, provide updates to senior management and stakeholders on regular basis

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Relevant knowledge and experience in Reconciliations or Projects related to Reconciliations or similar function of a banking/financial services organization for 10+ years.

- Strong working knowledge on the Reconciliation tool(iRecs)

- Proven experience in Project management/ Business Analysis/Platform build/Operational changes/system development and Automation related to Reconciliations

- Strong knowledge and experience in Reconciliations /Payments / Treasury Operations dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving.

- Diverse product knowledge, with an ability to develop an understanding of new products

- Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding /Deep Dive of the processes.

- Ability to work under considerable time pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong analytical skills to analyze the information, identify the problems, and work towards finding the solutions

- Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines

- A relevant degree, Accounting, or Financial qualification
