Job Responsibilities:
- Drive compliance to the firm-wide people processes and initiatives for a group of 260+ - talent management, performance management, rewards and recognition etc.
- Lead people management and team building initiatives within the group
- Lead learning and development initiatives
- Keep track of and analyze HR metrics
- Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech
- Owns asset management and team space, including moves and re-configurations, works with cross-functional team for replacements and updates
- Organize, execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agenda, all-hands meetings, off-sites, lunches and team-events)
- Work closely with leadership team, recruitment partners and support the group's recruitment
- Produce various business reports by working with managers and various cross-functional teams as required by the regional and global businesses
Qualifications :
- 6-12 years of experience in people operations and general management in an IT firm
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result oriented person
- Experience with or training in process improvement methodologies
- Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to details and documentation
