Responsibilities:

- Develop strong functional business knowledge and technical understanding of Credit Card pricing (Interest & fees) to assist in the delivery of IT development

- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure Business Strategy and Goals are fully understood

- Collaborate with multiple technology development teams & support Product Owner to translate Business Strategy into actionable deliverables

- Prepare and refine Customer Journeys and User Stories to facilitate technology development

- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies and Product Team meetings as required

- Successful IT implementation of Business Strategy and Goals

- Prioritize work, translate requirements & guide technology teams as business decision maker (e.g. primary point of contact)

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Credit Card Processing, and 7 years work experience

- Knowledge of Credit Card Interest, Fees, and US Credit Card Regulations a plus

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution at a detailed level

- Clearly and succinctly organize concepts into an actionable path that delivers progress

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written (able to effectively communicate/influence thru various levels in the organization)

- Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and making decisions with ambiguous information

- Agile Experience with tools such as Jira

- Technical knowledge of coding languages is a plus (Cobol, Java, etc.)
