The Home Lending (HL) Production Planning & Analysis group supports the HL Chief Financial Officer and the Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Planning & Analysis organization and Production Business Finance Teams. The group partners with senior Finance leaders and their teams across the HL business and serves as an analytical and reporting resource to help leaders understand and manage all financial aspects of the business. As a pricing analyst you conduct price optimization analysis for the loans and referencing pricing impact analysis. You provide robust pricing analysis and recommendation to global pricing team and senior management and maintain the strategic pricings foundation/ insights house. You have complete ownership of deliverables from end to end with a mindset of continuous improvement and share recommendations with manager. Excellent ability to understand and interpret reports with current price/ market movements and its impact on margins and superb communication skills are the key to success in this role. This is an individual contributor role and the candidate will be expected to leverage his experience and expertise to work closely with the wider team to add value to the team and business. Individual should be great team player Role and Responsibilities : - Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations - Prepare pricing strategy presentation and recommendations - Prepare impact of pricing change presentation - Prepare margin analysis along with recommendations - Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports as required - Knowledge of MS Access, VBA, SQL, etc is added advantage - Ensure that reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items.
