JP Morgan Chase - Operational Due Diligence Role - Investment Research Team

Role Overview

The professional will be a member of the Operational Due Diligence team within the Investment & Research Team within Wealth Management Investment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in operational due diligence engagements on long only/liquid alternatives fund managers on JPM Wealth Management platform

- Due diligence review includes a systematic review of the firm's processes and overall controls, engagement in operational risk discussions with the fund managers if necessary, identifying and flagging material risk considerations and writing dispositions to convey the level of comfort with various issues

- Reviewing operational focused due diligence questionnaires across a range of Investment strategies and products

- Reviewing operating models, key fund documents, audited financial statements, operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and trading policies of fund managers as part of due diligence review

- Perform onsite reviews of fund managers and strategies

- Keeping abreast of industry trends, new investment regulations and regulatory matters that could impact long-only investment managers or due diligence procedures
