Job Description:
- The Performance Marketing Vendor Management team is responsible for third party oversight and access management of strategic vendor relationships supporting the Consumer & Community Banking business. This includes ensuring compliance with Third Party Oversight, internal policy and regulatory requirements.
- The position will perform in support of the Delivery Managers and Information Owners for specific third-party relationships and is responsible for ensuring business controls, relationship management, access management and daily oversight of the vendors operations on behalf of the business.
- This includes accessing, analyzing, communicating and managing financial, operational, and regulatory and reputational risk. In addition, this position will have centralized team responsibilities for the Vendor Management Team.
Delivery Management Aide :
- Responsible for understanding requirements, both contractual and non-contractual, including service levels, and managing the third parties to those requirements.
- Support team in partnering with Sourcing/Procurement, Marketing, Operations, other Lines of Business to develop or update contracts.
- Support team in ensuring that all third parties are managed according to the CCB Third Party Oversight Program requirements.
Information Owner Aide -
- Support Information Owners for all access management processes for users within the applications
- Support team in maintaining and recertifying user access on annual basis, including documentation of process.
- Support team for ensuring that all application data is maintained by IT and tracked through systems.
Financial Oversight Team Aide (Concept Reviews, Budget, PO's, Invoicing):
- Support Management of purchase orders and invoicing and business owners as well as ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Responsible for invoice reconciliation.
- Support for accurate spend management tracking and reporting
- Support for consolidated team contract pipeline reporting Risk Management Team Support (Audits, RCSA, Action Plans, Procedures, IT controls)
- Support successful assessments of vendor financial, operations, and risk trends and develop and implement appropriate action plans on behalf of vendor management team.
- Support internal Audit, Operational and IT Risk Assessors to identify risks and manage all remediation plans to established timelines.
- Support the team to ensure thorough, complete and accurate documentation of critical processes across the business area. Support the documentation, tracking, reporting and storage of control evidence, risks and action plans. Assist in accomplishing all key deliverables, reporting, dashboards, attestations, etc. as required to ensure a controlled operating environment.
- Support team on building internal policies and procedures ensuring banking and consumer regulations/laws, in order to implement necessary enhancements/improvements to minimize the risk.
- Support Vendor Management team with TPO and others for vendor management audit requests. Ensure appropriate evidence requirements and tracking.
- Support team to work with IT risk managers for I/O and ADM application support activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across organizations and present to executive leaders; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, negotiating and analytical skills.
- Ability to summarize facts, variables, alternatives, and potential outcomes to assist decisions-making.
- Strong project management capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail oriented with proven ability to question assumptions and identify opportunities within existing practices and results driven.
