Key Responsibilities
- Interact with campaign management, project management and UAT teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives
- Develop and lead manual testing script creation and the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using BDD Cucumber, Selenium & VBA Macro.
- Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation - job aids/procedures to assure quality of the test suites to be developed
- Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
- Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the automation tools built and used by QMS UAT
- Support during production deployment of applications and perform "validation testing" during the off-hours/weekend release windows
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and results orientated
Experience/Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing - SIT/UAT.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium
- Hands - on experience in Selenium/VBA Macro or UFT is a must
- Exposure to BDD Cucumber framework is a plus
- Knowledge & Experience on JIRA tool is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, PPT, Word, Project skills
