Quant Analytics Manager

Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead data-driven transformations and create competitive advantages in wealth management.

As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Wealth Management team, you will lead a team to transform data into insights that drive business breakthroughs. You will work within the Data & Analytics team to leverage data science techniques and quantitative methods, enabling the firm to deliver value and an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead partnerships with key stakeholders and product groups to transform business priorities into a prioritized project roadmap.

- Build business cases, construct test designs, and identify populations for pilot programs.

- Provide expertise in leveraging big data, machine learning, or business intelligence to optimize sales performance.

- Mentor team members to improve their models by testing new data and refining their storylines.

- Partner with Technology and Data Management to develop a roadmap for new analytic platforms and capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Demonstrated history of leading high-performing teams of statisticians and data scientists.

- Ability to translate between business and technology to expand data usage and address new questions.

- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, and Java.

- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications.

- Outcomes-driven with a high achievement orientation and ability to lead and motivate others.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Deep understanding of the evolving wealth management market and competitive differentiation.

- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, Agile methodologies, and new technologies.

- Lifelong learner with a growth mindset, participating in industry podcasts, competitions, and sharing knowledge with the team.
