JP Morgan Chase - Manager II/Associate/AVP - Credit Support - CB - WLS

Job responsibilities:

- Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to Underwriting and perform regulatory due diligence to comply with the regulatory requirements

- Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients

- Meet & exceed the turn around time and accuracy rate as per the specified target. Have an eye for details

- Manage individual and team performance standards to achieve and exceed business expectations

- Manage people working within the team and mentor / coach the resources to achieve their career goals

- Manage resources and capacity across multiple projects simultaneously and ensure optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business operations

- Maintain and comply with applicable procedures, policies and contractual obligations as they pertain to the process

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stake-holder management

- Identifying situations where escalation is warranted and the ability to take action quickly in a high-risk and complex subject matter environment

- Prepare KPIs, KRIs, and publish the data on a regular basis to Senior Leaders. Present the data to the Management

- Overall responsibility for the quality control of the process. Analyze risks and proactively identify the root cause of issues
