- Plan, organize, and over-see day-to-day activities of a team - Perform transaction verification for expense breaks - Manage, coach and develop staff - Ensure a smooth workflow, review difficult cases, and expedite urgent transactions - Monitor quantity and quality of work to meet established objectives - Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed timetable - Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process - Identify the training requirements of the team members - Track the changes to the procedures and ensure that the team is fully aware of the changes Qualifications: - Strong written and oral comprehension of English language - Working knowledge of Banking Operations - Strong working knowledge of Nostro Funding Process - Computer navigation skills - Proficient in Microsoft products - Working knowledge on breaks management.
