CIB Liquidity Data Analytics - Tableau/Alteryx/Python Description : - The Corporate & Investment Bank Treasury (CIBT) is a critical function within CIB Finance and Business Management. It is responsible for managing the liquidity, balance sheet and capital positions of the investment banking businesses, establishing transparent and market-based funds transfer pricing policy, and developing methodologies and metrics to improve the leverage, capital, collateral and liquidity risk management capabilities of the Corporate and Investment bank. - Additionally, CIB Treasury interacts heavily with Global Treasury in developing stress assumptions, contributing to the resolution plan submission, producing liquidity risk metrics and analysis; managing CIB balance sheet and leverage ratios; and consolidating management and regulatory reporting. Job Role Description : - A tenured dashboard developer to support new dashboard design/development and ongoing improvements to existing dashboards - Understanding of Banking and Financial reporting and ability to translate them into technical reporting capabilities in Python/ Tableau/ Alteryx/ Qliksense - Responsible for executing Data Management initiatives for reporting team - Extended responsibility to offer report automation capabilities Responsibilities : - Directly build and support Tableau dashboards to deliver information and data in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies - Query, analyze and transform complex data sets to optimize dashboard flexibility and performance - Build and maintain Alteryx/Python solutions to automate processes, tasks carried out by CIBT global teams - Ensure the dashboards delivered of best quality and build a process around it. - Ensure all Tableau development is in line with best practices, principals and standards defined by firm and complies with the spirit of the firm's overall data control standards - Promote collaboration to advance team's collective knowledge and expertise on latest technologies and techniques, while also driving current projects to successful completion Other Qualifications : - 4+ years professional work experience, with 2-3 years in a highly analytical function - Prior experience interpreting and analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable recommendations. - Able to manage multiple, high-priority deliverables simultaneously - Superior written and verbal communication skills.
