JP Morgan Chase - Lead/VP - Software Engineering - Java

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems

- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages

- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management

- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

- Passionate about building an innovative culture

- Proficiency in Java/JEE, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Linux platforms, CI tools - Jenkins/Hudson, Junit, Exposure to integration/automated testing frameworks (Citrus, Cucumber etc.)

- Good to have exposure to REACT or Angular JS, IBM MQ, Mule or Apache Camel Knowledge, Drools and Knowledge of SWIFT Messaging Standards

- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

- Candidate should have a minmum 12 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience in Java /JEE along with strong analytical and design skills.

- Candidate should be flexible to learn new technologies and should build good understanding of the financial domain
