Job Description : Job functions/responsibilities : - Prepare regulatory returns for local & US gaap - Accounting & reporting for Legal entities in Asia region on monthly & quarterly basis as per US GAAP. - End to end ownership for month end close activities like Fx Trade out, Capital Hedge, EPU, GLRS, Month end checks, - MIS Reporting functions & Journal posting and review etc - Liaising with auditors and support Legal Entity Controllers in control audit. - Quarterly Regulatory reporting as per local GAAP for Asia entities. - Support senior management team in decision process by analyzing financial performance. - Maintain and develop relationship with onshore partners and business. - Implement internal controls policies and procedures to mitigate financial and business risks. - Daily monitoring and control of activities involving reconciliations. - Maintenance of centralized Financial Reference data for Asia region. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various undergoing projects and system implementation. - Engage team members and build effective working relationship within the team - Perform variance analysis of regulatory returns with commentary - Monitor ratios and limits requirement as stipulated by the regulators - Assess and provide appropriate regulatory information and analysis to the manager and SFO - Ad hoc queries and projects as required Job Requirements : - At least 5-7 years relevant post graduate professional experience - Effective and confident communication with all levels of staff within Controllers and other internal departments; - Control and efficiency mindset - Attention to details - Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work under pressure and multiple deliverables with competing deadline - Good team player The link provided below will redirect you to a website.
