Fees Billing Associate - AWM
Description: The Fees Team is responsible for:
- Set up of new Fee Schedules
- Billing of fees
- Re-pricing of existing Fee schedules
- Account closures and Waivers
- Running Control Reports
- Maintaining fee documents
- Producing MIS and trend analysis
- Answering Front-Office queries across WHEM region in a timely and accurate manner
- Testing effort during projects
As an Associate, your role will be:
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 people
- Understand process end to end as well as fee policies
- Ensure daily tasks are duly completed
- Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place and applied
- Support the Front-Office with their queries
- Partner with Operations, Technology
- Question existing process and find more efficient solutions
- Conduct performance reviews
- Guide and coach individuals with their career goals
- Drive project testing
Key competencies
- At least 7-10 working experience with 3 years as a people manager
- Strong analytical skills, methodic and attention to details
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Control and Risk mindset is essential
- Strong client focus
- Ability to drive positive energy within the team
- Ownership of issues and proactive approach to problem solving
- Drives initiatives and motivate individuals
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
